OK, you are into serious suspension now. ALKO Outback springs are recognised as the leaders for serious off-road travellers. Use Japanese bearings in your hubs and if you are going electric braked setup with a new axle look at parallel drums for that extra support you need to cater for the rough stuff.

Define rough stuff? Pilbra region or Cape York region. Outback springs and parallel hub setups on a 45mm Round or Square axle will load up at around 1.6tonne.
Off Road Spring are supplied with heavy duty hangers and shackle bolts. If you are retrofitting these new assemblies then you will need to cut off your old hangers and weld these hangers to your chassis frame. Off Road hangers are heavy duty. Standard hangers should not be used in conjunction with Outback springs.

Price does not include U bolt kit. ALKO Outbacks include a rebound located each end, on top of the spring.
NOTE: With hangers installed the distance between the bottom of the chassis rail and the top of the spring is approx 240mm, including hangers.
